• All Medical Degree Certificates
• Professional Registration Certificates /Licenses From Country of Origin
• Current Saudi Council For Health Specialties (SCFHS) Registration Certificates & ID (If applicant has worked or is working in Saudi Arabia)
• BLS Certificate
• Two (2) Recommendation Letters (from Current Employer and duly signed)
• Clear Passport Copy
• Recent color picture (passport size)
